Registration, Account Setup, Service Usage:​ In order to use the Services, you need to provide us with:

  • A valid email address - This will be used to send invoices for goods received, statements of money owed on your account, we will also be able to email you any letters relating to your account and answer any technical queries you may have.

  • Name associated with your account and telephone number- This is so our customer support team can contact the right person with any Account related queries.

  • Invoice address - To be used for recording billing information.

  • Delivery address - To be used for delivery purposes.
  • References - We rely on customers honesty that when goods are purchased, they are paid for as per our terms of trading. For Limited companies we check their published financials on their reliability to pay, however we require at least two references for sole traders before an account can be opened.

  • VAT, Legal status and company registration number - for business use and background financial checks.
  • Bank details - track payments

Data collection and Cookies

KRAMP ONLINE SERVICE

To use our online shop (Powered by KRAMP) We will complete the Kramp onlinecustomer account form on your behalf by using the information you have provided us. Should KRAMP accept you as a customer, they will open an account in your name, after which you will receive confirmation. You will be given a user name andassociated password. Please note you will be responsible for the careful storage of and use of your login details. Any items ordered from Kramp online will be invoiced to your account held by KM Parts where our normal terms and conditions of trade will apply. Sole Traders may not initially be granted use of our KRAMP online service. This is because we may require a probationary period where reliability of payment can be established.

Choice & Control

We know that members of our community value having control over their own information, so with this in mind we offer our customers a choice of providing,editing or removing certain information, as well as choices about how we contact them. Customers may change or correct their account information at any time by emailing us directly.

Information Uses, Sharing & Disclosure

When you access or use the Services, we collect, use, share, and otherwise process your personal information as described in this policy. We rely on a number of legal bases to use your information in these ways. These legal bases include where:

  • Necessary to perform the contractual obligations in our Terms of Use and in order to provide the Services to you;

  • You have consented to the processing, which you can revoke at any time;
  • Necessary to comply with a legal obligation, a court order, or to exercise or defend legal claims

Request for information we hold about you.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.
